Master Plan for Staying Fit

I will not get fat, I will not get fat...

 

There are a number of tricks to staying fit. Well they aren't really tricks, and anyone who trys to sell you their 'secrets' are just morons (unless you buy their book. You are then the moron.) Simple diet and exercise is all it takes.

 

It sounds so simple when you say it, "I'll just go on a diet and spend 30 minutes a day exercising." However with so many diet plans out there muddling up your mindset with it will be easy, it's actually making it harder. They tell you to stop eating carbs, take this pill, and dance on this pole. What you should be doing is using those carbs, eating the right balance of foods to never need supplements, and dancing on a pole. The reason they sell you those ideas is that they won't work and they will keep you coming back for the newest fad.

 

 

What I'm going to share with you is simple techniques to better overall fitness. Early on here I will lay out this disclaimer: I am not an expert. Do not act on anything I say unless you get a trained fitness professionals' approval. This is especially so if you are an "at-risk" individual.
